Misao Okawa, 116, has two children, 4 grandchildren and 6 grand-grand children. Her son is 94, and her daughter 92. Misao is a widow for more than 80 years, and she has been living in a nursing home since she was 98.
The world’s oldest woman says that you have to eat three meals a day and sleep for 8 hours if you want to live a long and healthy life. In addition to the two most important things in her life, Misao said that sushi is something she prefers eating at least once a month, and this delicacy plays an important role in her diet.
